What the course involves

  • You study a nationally recognised course.

  • You use our online systems to learn, submit work, and talk to your trainer.

  • You complete assessments to show your skills.

  • Most live online sessions may be recorded so you can rewatch them.

  • If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must give consent.

Key points you need to know

Getting started

  • You need a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Keep it safe.

  • You must do a short LLN test on your own. No help. No AI tools.

  • Tell us if you have a disability or health condition. We will plan reasonable support.

Tech you’ll use

  • You need internet, email, Zoom, and the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • You should be able to open PDFs, create documents, upload files, and follow basic how-to videos.

How classes work

  • Some classes are live on Zoom. Be on time. Be respectful.

  • Use your camera when asked. Mute when not speaking.

  • Sessions may be recorded. Your name, voice, image, or chat may appear. Recordings are only shared with enrolled students.

Assessments and AI

  • Your work must be your own.

  • Paraphrase and reference your sources (Harvard or APA).

  • Do not use AI tools to write your answers unless your trainer says you can and you credit it.

  • Cheating or plagiarism can lead to a fail or removal from the course.

Behaviour

  • Be kind and professional online and in person.

  • No bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

  • Follow trainer instructions and deadlines.

Privacy and your info

  • We collect only what we need to enrol you, teach you, and meet the law.

  • We report required training data to government bodies (for example NCVER).

  • We keep your info secure and you can ask to see or fix it.

  • We never publish your full name or address in public marketing.

Photos, videos, and testimonials

  • We may use photos, short videos, or testimonials for promotion.

  • We will never publish your full name, home address, or contact details.

  • For under-18s, a parent or guardian gives consent through the enrolment form.

  • Tell us before classes begin if you have concerns.

Fees and your contract

  • Your Training Contract shows all fees, payment plans, and refund rules.

  • Read it carefully with your parent or guardian before you sign.

  • Ask questions if anything is unclear.

Support

  • Trainers can help by email or Zoom.

  • Tutoring is available at extra cost if needed.

  • We can refer you to support services if you need more help.

Problems or complaints

  • Speak to your trainer first.

  • If you still need help, lodge a formal complaint.

  • An external appeal is available if required.

Finishing up

  • When you pass all units and meet the course rules and fee terms, you get your qualification or Statement of Attainment.
